After a period of reflection and refraction on behalf of various investors, the six zones in Spain initially offered by MDI, have been reserved. The acquisition has been made by five investors, with very different profiles, but with one common denominator: having a vision for business and placing a bet on the future.
Each one of them has economically compromised with the project, by acquiring the MDI manufacturing and commercialization rights in a determined area of the country. Currently, while the homologation process is being carried out, their aims are to define the location of the first factories, to negotiate strategic agreements and to draw the map of the distribution zones.
Therefore, a series of contacts with town halls, institutions, professionals of the automotive industry, other private investors, etc. have begun, in order to obtain maximum co-operation on behalf of everyone.
